Receptionist

Job Summary Answers incoming call to the clinic. Provides administrative support to the clinic. Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities Job Responsibilities
  • Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of the importance of the patient medical record as it relates to documentating patient calls.
  • Demonstrates phone etiquette and proficiency while assessing the patients or family memebers needs when they call the clinic.
  • Completes assigned goals

Specifications Experience Description Minimum Required Preferred/Desired 3 months of administrative support experience. One year general office experience, preferably in a medical environment.

Education Description Minimum Required Preferred/Desired Skill in communicating clearly and effectively using standard English in written, oral and verbal format to achieve high productivity and efficiency. Skill to write legibly and record information accurately as necessary to perform job duties.

Training Description Minimum Required Preferred/Desired

Special Skills Description Minimum Required Preferred/Desired Basic computer literacy. Ability to navigate automated systems. Excellent customer service skills.
