Job Summary
Operations Manager- Looking for a candidate to Oversee Transactions and act as a Team Assistant & Closing Manager, a professional who is passionate and driven to support an award winning real estate team in creating a first-class buying and selling experience, and to increase agent productivity. Perfect candidate will have experience in real estate, coordinating real estate transactions to close, knowledge of contract and great communication skills to interface with clients. Candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a real estate field in a similar capacity, must have a PA/NJ real estate license.
Ideal candidate will enjoy a fast-paced and positive work environment with the natural inclination to problem solve, prioritize daily tasks with minimal direction, be one step ahead of a problem and be highly organized. Excellent communication skills both written and oral, and professional client service skills are a must. We are seeking someone who adheres to the highest ethical standards, possesses impeccable attention to detail, and exhibits an exceptional professional manner. Ideal candidate will be positive, have big picture ideas, and enjoy contributing to a positive work environment with the natural inclination of being detail oriented.
Responsibilities and Duties
Work you will do -
Manage work flow of everything Real Estate, Manage Agreements of Sale to Closing, Listing preparation, use of DocuSign, use of MLS, use of google suite, a real estate contact database, and familiarize yourself with company suite of tools for marketing.
There is an opportunity for bonuses and advancement for someone who desires to contribute to the growth and refinement of the team while advancing along with it.
Qualifications and Skills
Tools you Need -
Ability to work in Office Suite, Google Drive, Calendar, MLS, Docu-sign, zip-forms, and a CRM as well to familiarize yourself to our office suite.
