What You’ll Do You’ll be the right hand to our Director of Real Estate Operations—helping drive multiple real estate projects forward, keeping critical dates on track, and ensuring that our store pipeline keeps pace with our ambitious growth goals. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage key lease milestones (expirations, options, rent escalations). Coordinate real estate projects such as store openings, relocations, and closures. Maintain organized project trackers, reports, and digital records. Communicate with landlords, legal, and cross-functional teams to keep projects on track. Provide responsive administrative and logistical support to the real estate team. What You Bring ~2+ years of experience in real estate project coordination or lease administration (retail/commercial preferred). ~ Expert organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple deadlines at once. ~ A proactive mindset—you spot what’s needed and take initiative. ~ Ability to work independently without needing constant direction. ~ Strong written and verbal communication skills. ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools is a plus. Work Environment Location: Remote or Hybrid Remote — we’re flexible based on where you’re located. Schedule: Full-time, with the autonomy to self-manage your day.
