$60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Job Overview

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Loan Servicer to join their team in Charlotte, NC. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience in commercial real estate loans to gain hands?on experience in asset management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and optimizing our loan portfolio while working closely with their investment and underwriting teams.

Key Responsibilities


  • Monitor and manage a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, ensuring compliance with loan agreements.
  • Analyze financial statements and market data to assess asset performance.
  • Perform quarterly updates on loan and project performance.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with loan investments.
  • Assist in reporting on loan portfolio performance, including cash flow analysis and borrower updates.
  • Collaborate with borrowers, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of loan terms.
  • Conduct research on market trends and real estate investment opportunities.
  • Support the underwriting and due diligence process for new loan originations.
  • Travel occasionally to review projects.


Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in commercial real estate loans, asset management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem?solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A keen interest in real estate finance and investment.
