This position involves working closely with senior management on the daily operation of a high volume real estate portfolio. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Network Management: Oversee a nationwide network of real estate agents and field-service providers.
- Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between clients and nationwide real estate agents.
- Valuation Oversight: Manage real estate valuation tasks on various web-based platforms.
- Quality Control: Prepare and audit materials from service providers and review work-order submissions.
- Transaction Monitoring: Monitor and report on the status of transactions.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Performance Tracking: Track and report key weekly and monthly metrics.
