Job Description
An employer in the insurance industry is looking for a QA Tester to join the team and sit fully remote. This person will ensure the quality and reliability of the client's Salesforce applications through comprehensive regression testing. This person will write, execute, and maintain detailed test cases to ensure thorough coverage of all functionalities. They will conduct extensive regression testing to verify that recent Salesforce changes and updates have not adversely affected existing functionalities, and will ensure the overall quality and stability of Salesforce applications. While the team does not currently practice automated testing, this person will collaborate with the team to plan and eventually implement an automated testing suite. They will maintain clear and concise documentation of test cases, test results, and any defects identified. This person must be able to work independently and own all regression testing needs from start to finish.

Required Skills & Experience o 3-5 years of relevant experience as a QA Tester, with a primary focus on regression testing
o Experience with regression testing using the Salesforce platform
o Strong experience with Salesforce, including customizations and integrations
o Must be able to work independently and operate as a "one stop shop" for any regression testing needs
o Proven ability to write and execute comprehensive test cases
Nice to Have Skills & Experience o Experience working in the insurance industry for a broker or carrier
o Familiarity with automated testing tools
