Job Description
Responsibilities - Dispenses medication and provides injections as prescribed by the staff psychiatrists/APNs
- Provides medication education to consumers
- Identifies side effect and or issues with medications and alert staff prescribers
- Completed prior authorizations and assists with TB testing for new employees
- Provides medication training to staff
- Executes emergency assessments and wound care
Qualifications - Registered nurse (RN) in the State of New Jersey
- Previous mental health experience preferred
