General Purpose of Job: Reporting to the Director of Project Management, the Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing Enterprise-wide projects as assigned by the Director of Project Management. These projects may include clinical, technical or business projects. The project manager will many times lead high-priority projects which often require considerable resources and high levels of functional integration.
Project management activities will include providing oversight and facilitation for planning, execution, scheduling, definition of project scope, objectives, cost/budget development and project tracking for resources and tasks. The Project Manager will work with various Business Partners, Vendors, Business Owners, and Solution Leaders independently to define project objective and scope and will communicate project status to the Director of Project Management.
The Project Manager will use defined Project Management tools and processes for planning, organizing, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing projects.

- Provides oversight and facilitation for planning, execution, scheduling, definition of project scope, cost/budget development and project tracking for resources and tasks, often managing complex, high priority projects that require multiple resources and high levels of functional integration.
- Works with Business Partners, Vendors, Business Owners, and Solution Leaders to define project objective and scope.
- Communicates across the organization to identify resources as needed to form project teams, estimate project schedule and costs, manage the work of team members and third-party contractors, consultants, and vendors, and deliver the projects according to plan, schedule, and budget.
- Provides project oversight from initiation, through planning, to execution and deployment and into the end and close of the project, including turnover to the appropriate systems support and user support organizations.

- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and or two or more years related experience within the Driscoll Health System.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations - PMP certification required.
