Job Description

Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift

The Production Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day, hands-on operation of automated blow molding equipment, training associates in various production areas, and assisting the maintenance department to ensure equipment is repaired and maintained in a timely and effective manner.

You Will

Ensure safety devices on equipment are in place and functioning properly.
Relieve process technicians during breaks and lunch.
Monitor and assist with process adjustments, recording changes in SPC and machine logs.
Provide hands-on blow molding training.
Make adjustments and repairs on machinery as needed.
Collaborate with Process Improvement teams to resolve quality issues.

You Have

Strong team orientation and leadership skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with associates.
High school diploma or GED.
Previous experience in plastics or a similar technical field.
Flexibility to work overtime based on production needs.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly.
