Job Details

Oversees and manages day-to-day Plant production:

Lead supervisors, Manage KPIs, Ensure compliance with all safety and company policies. Evaluate plant performance, monitor expenses and resolve internal and customer issues. Will also hire, train, coach and manage the production plant team.

Must have skills for this position;

5+ years in the food manufacturing industry
3+ Years of production management experience
General knowledge of process equipment and regulatory compliance
Good writing, mathematics, analytical and critical thinking skills
Computer literate with proficiency in spreadsheet and word applications
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
