Product Designer III

Summary:

We are seeking a talented Product Designer with 4–8 years of experience in UX/UI design, exceptional visual craftsmanship, strong prototyping skills, and fluency in AI concepts. This role will lead complex design initiatives for AI, focusing on wearable devices and multimodal experiences.

• Responsibilities: Lead complex design projects from concept to delivery, working effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Deliver features that enable AI to understand and respond to individual user needs and preferences, leveraging the unique capabilities of wearable devices.
• Design for AI across modalities including wearable screens, voice, and spatial interfaces.
• Create deeply user-centered experiences by addressing well-understood user needs.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional (XFN) partners to frame product opportunities and drive features through development.
• Develop scalable systems and design patterns to enable other feature teams to integrate seamlessly into AI.
• Qualifications: 4–8 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
• Exceptional visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Strong prototyping skills (e.g., Figma, Principle, Framer, or similar tools).
• Demonstrated fluency in AI concepts and their application to user experiences.
• Experience designing for multiple modalities (screen, voice, spatial interfaces).
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and work effectively in ambiguous situations.
• Strong interaction design and visual design portfolio.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with cross-functional teams.
• Preferred Skills: Experience designing for wearable devices or emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with scalable design systems and pattern libraries.
• Ability to translate user research and data into actionable design solutions.

Pay range is $74 - $79 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
