We're in search of an innovative leader to not only ensure the timely and budget-conscious delivery of projects, but also to amplify the effectiveness of our teams. This individual will inspire and enable development teams, foster strong partnerships with external collaborators, and oversee projects from inception to fruition. We are seeking a Producer with a proven ability to leverage industry contacts to drive new business opportunities, fostering growth and expanding our network of clients. Responsibilities Cultivate and leverage industry contacts to identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships and alliances. Actively engage with industry peers and associations to stay abreast of market trends, identify potential clients, and explore partnership opportunities. Lead bid creation for prospective projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness. Create and manage production schedules and budgets for all development and production, optimizing resource allocation. Oversee the project process from conception through completion and final delivery on multiple projects concurrently for the concept, visualization, and finals teams. Act as the primary point of contact between Parallax and our clients, understanding and aligning with clients' goals, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Handle client invoicing, including tracking payments and following up on overdue invoices, maintaining positive client relationships. Inspire and enable development teams, fostering strong partnerships with external collaborators, and coordinating cross-functional teams both internally and externally. Hire and manage external talent, including freelancers and vendors, ensuring alignment with project requirements and maintaining quality standards. Proactively monitor project risks, identifying and resolving obstacles and issues, and adjusting project scope as needed to maintain project timelines and budgets. Set and define new best practices as needed to optimize the production pipeline, driving continuous improvement initiatives. Allocate resources effectively to optimize project efficiency and ensure successful project outcomes. Requirements Minimum of 5+ years of production management experience in the entertainment industry, with a strong understanding of workflow within a digital creative team. Exceptional organization, communication, and time management skills, with proficiency in task management and budget management software. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements, demonstrating resilience and flexibility in a fast-paced environment. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and handling multiple projects simultaneously, with demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze project data and metrics to drive decision-making. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience and strong contacts within the video game industry, including creative agencies, studios, and development teams.
