Job Title: Equipment and Process Engineer

Location: Tulsa, OK (100% onsite)

Shift: Monday to Friday, 6am - 5pm

Pay: Target $40 per hour

Number of Positions: 8

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment and Process Engineer to join our team in Tulsa, OK. This is a full-time, onsite position with a competitive pay rate of $40 per hour. As an Equipment and Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing criteria and Statements of Work (SOWs) for manufacturing equipment and tooling requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the Request for Proposal (RFP) process in accordance with procurement guidelines.
• Evaluate bids and participate in the proposal of award process.
• Manage the vendor design and build process.
• Execute the vendor acceptance and buyoff process.
• Facilitate the shipping and receipt of equipment and tooling.
• Manage the timeline of equipment and tooling installation, ensuring alignment with the overall master timeline, and report status to the program/project lead.
• Identify spare part requirements and complete the Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) add/change/delete process.

Process Development and Documentation:

• Develop and document manufacturing processes.
• Create and manage the Plan for Every Part (PFEP), including identifying, tracking, and resolving risks.
• Determine material routings.
• Develop station layouts.
• Create workstation-level Standard Work Assignment Sheets (SWAS) and Standard Work Instruction Sheets (SWIS).
• Update and document master man assignments.
• Create Job Safety Analysis (JSA) documentation.
• Complete station readiness documentation.
• Support first build events for new workstation implementations.

Training Coordination:

• Coordinate training for new equipment, tooling, and processes, including:
• Operator training
• Maintenance training
• Training on SWAS, SWIS, and JSA

Facilities Requirements Procurement and Installation:

• Manage the procurement and installation of utility requirements for electrical and compressed air for new and relocated manufacturing equipment, operator workstations, and team/group lead workstations.
• Manage the procurement and installation of facilities improvements, including:
• Flooring modifications and repairs to support new manufacturing equipment.
• Installation of additional electrical and compressed air distribution to support new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Facility additions and renovations to support new processes, new manufacturing equipment, and/or capacity expansion.
