This organization is looking to add a Manager-level Client Service/Investor Operations professional to their Private Wealth team. This team works closely with RIAs, private banks, and independent broker/dealers to meet client needs, and offers the entire suite of products to clients. Responsibilities: Manage inquiries from advisors and internal stakeholders in relation to the firm's investment products. Handle any operational inquiries and issues arising from the firm's operational platform. Act as the expert on all firm investment products for advisors and develop a strong understanding of the operational platforms of the distribution partners. Work closely with the investment teams on client inquiries and handling of relevant problems. Legal and compliance documentation. Ad hoc projects. Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of experience, max of 7 years of experience. Must have prior experience in IR/Client Services with alternative asset classes. Experience with wealth platforms such as private banks, RIAs, wirehouses, and/or broker/dealers. Series 7 license and/or Series 63 is preferred.
