Printer Paint Technician

Automation Personnel Services is seeking an experienced Printer Paint Technician to join our clients team in Addison, TX. Were looking for someone with a strong background in auto body painting with at least 34 years of experience who takes pride in precision and quality workmanship.

Pay Rate: $20$23 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (Some Saturdays)

Printer Paint Technician Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare printer housings and parts for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming surfaces.
• Mix and apply paints, coatings, and finishes using spray guns and other painting tools.
• Match and blend paint colors to meet product specifications.
• Inspect finished surfaces to ensure a high-quality, uniform finish.
• Maintain paint booth, tools, and equipment in clean and safe working condition.
• Follow company safety standards and procedures at all times.

Printer Paint Technician Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be able to speak, read and write in English to understand work instructions and document results accurately.
• 34 years of experience in auto body painting, refinishing, or similar work.
• Knowledge of paint mixing, color matching, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to work with various materials including plastics and metals.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Hire
