Print Production Manager

Advertising agency seeks a Print Production Manager to lead all production output and ensure the highest quality of standards. Print material includes, POP, in-store signage, brochures, flyers, look books, catalogs, etc. but also includes digital assets.

Manage production of all collateral, direct mail, invitations and marketing materials.
Help manage relationships with the print vendors regarding schedules, production, pricing and delivery
Assist in sending out job specs for new creative projects to printers
Follow up with vendors on pricing and schedules
Assist in releasing files to printers
Coordinate meetings to review retouching and communicate any comments and changes to vendor
Ensure that creative quality standards are met and maintained for all projects
Track project spending and ensure projects are completed within budget
Source new vendors and materials
Assist in submitting invoices for processing and payment
Manage image library and samples from printers; File hard copy print samples and maintain the integrity of the archives
