The Expertise and Skills You HaveThe FFIO technology team crafts and maintains technology solutions and products that enable FFIO to provide accounting and investment management support services to Fidelity businesses and fund shareholders. As part of FFIO, Performance Attribution team is responsible for the production of daily transaction-based attribution analytics at the holdings level for use by the application s multifaceted consumers who include Senior Investment Staff, Portfolio Managers, Chief Investment Officers, Research groups, Distribution Channels, Board of Trustees & Shareholders. We work closely with investment management teams to understand the investment process and drivers that support decision and formulate attribution models and analytics to support their needs.
We are organized as small, multi-functional squads delivering specific business & technology goals defined by the Tribes. The qualified candidate will collaborate with other members of the squad including attribution analysts in extending and modernizing the platform.
