Join Us as a Precision Small-Parts Assembly Technician

Location: Acton, MA | Compensation: $19–$21/hour (based on experience) | Schedule: 1st shift, Monday–Friday. Start between 6:30–7:00 a.m., finish between 3:00–3:30 p.m. (some flexibility with a consistent schedule). Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm | Job ID: bh18190

What Your Day Looks Like

• Apply stickers on plastic hubs with care and consistency.
• Assemble small kits and components, following simple work instructions.
• Run quality checks using go/no-go gauges to verify fit and function.
• Place product labels/decals on plastic parts with accuracy.

• Hands-on experience in assembly, packaging, or light manufacturing.
• Exceptional attention to detail; comfortable with precise, repetitive tasks.
• Steady hands and patience for small-part or label/decal application.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to maintain a consistent daily schedule.
