Pre-Sales Manager (Regulatory Affairs) - Permanent - New York-Fully Remote

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Pre-Sales Manager for a leading organization in the Regulatory Affairs sector.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role is pivotal in streamlining regulatory information management processes through software and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a key player in the sales cycle, providing valuable support to the account manager team and demonstrating high-value solutions to customers and prospects.

Skills & Requirements:

• University degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacology, Bio-Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology), Information Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering or similar.
• Pre-Sales experience with extensive business and technical knowledge.
• In-depth experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the regulatory environment with deep knowledge in regulations.
• Subject Matter Expertise in IT solutions such as Registration- (RIM), Document-, Submission-Management. Additional knowledge in Safety Management (PV) is key.
• Excellent presentation skills and a convincing demeanor.

The Pre-Sales Manager's r esponsibilities will be:

• Act as a trusted advisor, answering business-related questions during client meetings and conference calls.
• Identify customer needs and align them with the e-Regulatory solution offerings.
• Deliver high-value solution demonstrations to customers and prospects, both standard and tailored, in one-to-one setups or during workshops and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• Assist in sales activities, particularly in the bidding process, managing and self-supporting the answering of Request for Proposals (RfPs).
• Provide valuable feedback to the product management team, identifying customer requirements and strengthening the product.

Compensation:

• $115,000 to $120,000 annually.
