Role Description The Political Campaign Manager/Recruiter will oversee day‑to‑day planning and execution of political campaign operations, including recruitment and training of canvassers. This role is based in the LA/OC area with a hybrid working arrangement that allows some work‑from‑home flexibility. Key responsibilities include managing campaign logistics, building an effective communication strategy, and supporting field staff to ensure campaign goals are met. Qualifications Strong expertise in Campaign Management, with hands‑on experience in leading or supporting campaigns Proficient in Communication, with the ability to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders Experience in Project Management, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and goals are met Sales skills, including persuasion and team motivation, are beneficial for outreach and recruitment Proactive problem‑solving abilities and organizational skills Familiarity with California’s political landscape is an asset Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, during active campaign periods Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Lone Mountain Strategies by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr Lone Mountain Strategies
