Job Description

*PRN* Physical Therapist to cover weekend evaluations, vacations/PTOs, and call offs.

*Responsibilities*
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic activities and interventions.
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.
- Utilize knowledge in physiology, medical terminology, and occupational health to deliver high-quality care.

*Qualifications*
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Physical Therapy.
- Strong knowledge of physiology, medical terminology, and anatomy.

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 5 per week
