Job Description:

Are you passionate about creating personalized travel experiences? Do you have a knack for planning detailed itineraries that cater to individual preferences? Miracle Getaways by Maracle is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Personal Travel Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for curating customized travel plans that reflect our clients’ unique needs and desires, ensuring their journeys are seamless and unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and specific needs.

Custom Itinerary Planning: Design detailed and personalized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, dining, and activities.

Destination Research: Stay up-to-date on travel trends, destinations, and experiences to provide clients with the best options.

Booking Management: Handle all aspects of travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and special activities.

Budget Coordination: Ensure that all travel plans align with the client’s budget while maximizing value.

Travel Documentation: Prepare and provide all necessary travel documents, including itineraries, tickets, and travel insurance.

Customer Support: Provide exceptional pre-trip, in-trip, and post-trip support to address any questions or issues that may arise.

Vendor Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with travel suppliers to secure the best deals and exclusive offers for clients.

Qualifications:

A strong passion for travel and a deep knowledge of various destinations.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong communication skills, with an ability to understand and cater to client needs.

Attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.

Prior experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
