**Description**
Essential Responsibilities:
* Incumbent will serve as an active team member including filling in on the fitness center floor, participating in community and fundraising events and other assignments as requested.
* Lead small group personal training classes and one on one personal training sessions as assigned by the Senior Health & Wellness Director.
* Lead the team and foster relationships while delivering exceptional customer service.
* Adjust work schedules to meet the need of the program.
* Shadow and coach staff performance including evening and weekend programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Current NCCA accredited Personal Training Certification (or degree equivalent)
* Minimum of 3 years personal training or run coach experience.
* Current CPR/AED/First Aid certifications.
* Ability to foster strong relationships and demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Knowledge of health and wellness best practices based on experience and education.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Multi-lingual skills.
* Prior budget management and revenue growth skills preferred.
* Prior experience in program development, analysis and improvement preferred.
