As an independent trainer with Svetness, you'll deliver personalized fitness experiences in homes, parks, offices, and apartment gyms - empowering clients to reach their goals where they feel most comfortable.

Your Role

• Conduct fitness sessions at client-selected locations for Capitola, CA
• Design and implement personalized workout programs.
• Provide clients with supplementary workouts between sessions.
• Use the Svetness Trainer App to manage communications, schedules, and progress.
• Maintain professionalism and align with the Svetness mission and values.

What You Need

• Certification from NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA or similar (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE-accredited).
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• At least 1-3 years of training experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of exercise science and program design.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Reliable transportation and basic fitness equipment.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
