Job Details:
Dates of Coverage: ongoing as needed
Practice Setting: Urgent Care clinic that offers Occupational Health
Documentation System/EMR: Anthem
Will APP be Working Autonomously: Yes
Supervising Physician Present During Assignment: Yes, supervising physician will be available via phone
Procedures: Episodic care, injury treatment
Patient Age Demographic: Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric
Submission Requirements:
Board Certified (NCCPA) - REQUIRED
Active VA license - REQUIRED
BLS - REQUIRED
Minimum of 36 hours (3x12s) per week, every week with rotating weekends - REQUIRED
