Job Description

A part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a leave replacement position at an early childhood school in Millburn, NJ. This role focuses on providing SLP services to a pre-kindergarten caseload and offers the opportunity to support young learners in a dynamic educational environment. The contract position requires availability for three days a week during September and October.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy to pre-kindergarten students using evidence-based techniques.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and therapists to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy approaches accordingly.
• Provide teletherapy services as needed.
• Support students from diverse backgrounds, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder, utilizing ABA strategies.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
• Experience working with early childhood and pediatric populations.
• Ability to provide both in-person and teletherapy services.
• Familiarity with school settings and protocols.
• Experience working with ABA populations is highly preferred.
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred.
