Required Qualifications:
Workday Certified in Payroll (PY) and Time Tracking (TT).
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, etc.).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with Workday Payroll & Time Tracking (TT) module configuration, support, and optimization.
Provide analytical and technical support for payroll and time-tracking processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deployment and post-go-live support (experience in this is a plus).
Utilize moderate to advanced Excel skills for data analysis, report generation, and issue resolution.
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Workday Payroll & Time Tracking.
Document processes, configurations, and resolutions for internal reference.
