Payroll Manager, West Conshohocken, PA (Hybrid), $90,000–$110,000 + 10% Bonus - DIRECT HIRE

Payroll Manager – Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll operations and initiate process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer service.
• Manage and mentor a team of payroll staff, including a Senior Payroll Administrator and two Payroll Administrators.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Lead the transition from ADP to Workday payroll implementation, scheduled for March/April 2025.

Payroll Manager – Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (REQUIRED).
• 10+ years of payroll operations experience.
• Supervisory experience and proficiency in Workday (REQUIRED).

Schedule:

• Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
