Position Requirement: Experience in public works construction payroll with emphasis on support to project management team. Seeking a detailed and organized professional with previous Prime Contractor/Subcontractor construction office experience. Must have knowledge of Prevailing Wage Laws and Union Rules per craft and jurisdiction. Will report directly to Project Controls Manager with secondary reporting requirement to the Southwest Regional Business Manager.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 3-5 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience

Position Outline:

• Heavy Review of Union Craft Timesheets for accuracy.
• Daily Input of Payroll Hours for Field Personnel in CMIC.
• Maintain Payroll Log.
• Submit Payroll Reporting Department of Industrial Relations/On-line Contract Required.
• Submit weekly Internal Check Routing for multiple projects.
• Submit Craft Per Diem when Applicable.
• LCP Tracker /OCPS /Prism or other required Payroll Reporting software Upload.
• Certified Payroll Reporting submission for multiple projects.
• Weekly submission of Certified Payroll Reporting to Department of Industrial Relations.
• Maintain Subcontractor CPR Status Logs.
• Process Payroll related Audit Requests.
• Process field Transfers, Terminations, Rate increases and access requests for craft project personnel.
• Maintain Crew List, Emergency Contact Forms and required company/job specific lists.
• Maintain Keyman Agreement(s).
• Upload/Index applicable documents into CMiC Project Management System.
• Attend Applicable Prevailing Wage Seminar(s).
• Participate as directed in month end function(s).
• Applicable miscellaneous duties as required.
