As a New Home Sales Representative & Brand Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for potential buyers, guiding them through the process of purchasing their new home. In this dynamic role, you will not only be a sales expert but also an ambassador for our brand, representing our values and promoting our new home developments. You will play a key role in developing customer relationships and lead generation, while also ensuring a top-tier experience for our clients.

What You'll Do:

• Sales Outreach : Conduct client outreach, promotional cold-calling, and follow-ups to build relationships and drive brand engagement.
• Social Media Content Creation : Develop and post engaging content, including reels for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, that aligns with our brand message.
• Brand Representation : Act as our brand ambassador, promoting brand awareness through online and in-person interactions.
• Event Representation : Schedule and host model home tours for prospective buyers and real estate professionals.
• Collaborate: Attend training sessions and team meetings to share insights and discuss sales strategies.
• Flexible Work Hours :
  • 8 hours a week (4 hours, 2 days per week).
  • One weekend a month (2 hours on Saturday and 2 hours on Sunday).

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for social media and content creation.
• A self-starter with excellent time management skills.
• Strong understanding of brand awareness and how to effectively promote a brand.
• Outgoing personality and comfort with client outreach and cold-calling.
• Someone who thrives in a part-time role and can commit to a flexible schedule.
• Must meet the business professional dress code
• Bilingual in English and Spanish not required but is recommended.
