Take 5 Oil Change is your neighborhood go-to oil change spot with over 35 years of experience. They are looking for friendly and energetic part-time Oil Change Team Members who are people persons, self-motivated, and love working with cars. No experience is required as training is provided to become a lube technician capable of changing oil, replacing wiper blades/air filters, filling air in tires, and performing other light maintenance services. Responsibilities include draining motor oil, changing oil filters, washing windshields, adjusting tire pressure, inspecting and topping off fluids, performing coolant exchanges, restocking and maintaining inventory, maintaining cleanliness of the work environment, and providing excellent customer service. Requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit, walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist for extended periods, work in hot/cold weather conditions, and have reliable transportation to and from the shop. The company offers part-time schedules, paid weekly, competitive base pay rates with weekly bonuses, and free oil changes. There is a growth path with paid training and over 90% of shop managers started as lube techs.
