Job Title: Part-Time Marketing Assistant

Compensation: $16-22/hour

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis (10-15 hrs./week). This position will work closely with our management team, supporting various initiatives that will stimulate our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, content, etc.)
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform marketing strategies
• Help manage and grow online presence, through avenues such as LinkedIn by creating content and engaging with the community.
• Support the development and maintenance of marketing materials, and promotional content as required.
• Prepare spreadsheets, reports, briefings, and PowerPoint presentations on assigned topics.
• Assist with the development of templates to be used for marketing efforts.
• Assist with event planning and coordination
• Collaborate with the management team on various projects and initiatives
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing efforts

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years marketing or communications experience
• Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per month
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with AI content creation or graphic design is a plus
