The Role

Hiring Immediately! Working with Mad City, the Field Promoter team operates in a retail or event setting, and is trained in our world-class sales and negotation tactics to provide the best experience and most information to potential customers. Learn the ropes from our industry-leading team and start your career with one of the fastest growing home remodeling companies in the country! This role has direct growth paths into management or additional sales roles.

The Responsibilities

• Generate new business by building rapport with potential customers
• Partner with our Sales teams to build opportunities to grow our customer base
• Schedule free in-home estimates with homeowners

The Qualifications

• Naturally outgoing individual who thrives in human interaction
• Have a desire to WIN
• Advanced customer service experience
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and career oriented
• Have a proven track record working independently while following successful systems and processes
• Proficient with technology
• Weekend availability

The Compensation

• Competetive Base Pay plus uncapped commission and bonuses
• Total compensation potential: $70,000 - $133,000+/yr
• Eligible for $500 sign on bonus
