Responsibilities:

• Greeting patients and visitors properly, in person or on the telephone always with a smile.
• Optimizing patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.
• Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying the provider and staff of patient's arrival; reviewing service delivery compared to schedule and reminding provider and or staff of service delays.
• Performs day to day clerical functions and general office tasks.
• Schedules appointments into the Online system
• Goal Oriented
• Maintaining patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
• Check-in/ Check-out patients in a timely manner
• Verifies benefits/eligibility, copays or deductibles.
• Adheres to all HIPAA requirements for patient confidentiality.

• Provides administrative support as needed.
