Job Title: Paralegal (Temporary – Immediate Need)

Location: Fully Remote

Compensation: $50–$70/hour (Based on experience)

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Paralegal to support one of the Business Unit Chief Counsels at a global organization. This fully remote position is available immediately and will focus on assisting with low-level contract work, legal service requests, and the overall legal review process. The role offers a great opportunity for someone seeking a long-term contract with the potential to transition into a direct hire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Business Unit Chief Counsel with daily legal tasks and workflow
• Manage and process low-level contracts including NDAs, SOWs , and similar documents
• Track and facilitate legal service requests through the Onit Legal Services Request platform
• Coordinate and assist with internal legal review processes
• Maintain organized records and ensure timely responses to requests

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a paralegal, with a focus on contract management and legal operations
• Proficiency with contract lifecycle tools and legal request platforms (experience with Onit preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
