Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently to clean surfaces according to company standards.
• Inspect and prepare surfaces before cleaning, including removing debris and assessing any potential issues.
• Apply appropriate cleaning agents and detergents to enhance the effectiveness of the pressure washing process.
• Adjust pressure settings and nozzles as needed for different surfaces and cleaning requirements.
• Ensure thorough rinsing and cleaning to remove any residues and prevent damage.
• Maintain and clean equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
• Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and elevators
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
• Vacuum and mop floors
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Complete necessary paperwork, including job reports and equipment maintenance logs.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in pressure washing or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of pressure washing equipment, techniques, and cleaning solutions.
• Ability to operate pressure washers, hoses, and other related equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting equipment and working in various weather conditions.
