Base pay range $68.00/hr - $68.00/hr A Fortune 50 financial services company is seeking a highly an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant to support their Oracle Guided Learning, Journeys, and Guided Journeys modules. ***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 2 days a week.*** Responsibilities: Support the development, implementation, and on-going support of Human Capital Management (HCM) system Oracle Cloud Guided Learning (OGL) tool Support the OGL product design sessions to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements to configure content, create Base Guides, build & test new OGL items in Testing POD and Production POD Identify and support OGL service maintenance schedule; leveraging internal and external resources/tools to solution, resolve issues, and ensure system best practices are utilized in system architecture and design Support HCM releases to align content within OGL to support new Oracle Cloud features/functionality Provided recommendations and develop solutions to enhance user adoption and the employee experience of Oracle Guided Learning content Monitor and analyze usage data from Oracle Guided Learning Provide training and support to HR Technology team on Journey and Guided Journey best practices Troubleshoot OGL and Journey related issues and provide expert-level recommendations for system enhancements Maintain documentation and training materials to support user adoption and compliance Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Deep understanding of Oracle Guided Learning tools, including content creation and contextual help integration Proven track record of designing and deploying complex, multi-step Oracle Journeys Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Contract Job function Job function Information Technology Industries Technology, Information and Media Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Tandym Group by 2x Get notified about new Human Capital Consultant jobs in Vienna, VA .
