We have an immediate opportunity for a Project Administrator in the Roseville Area. This position will assist Project Management with the overall life cycle of telecom projects. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, organized with excellent problem-solving skills.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Heavy data input utilizing multiple systems with accuracy
• Set up jobs in internal work order tracking systems
• Produce daily, weekly, as needed project reports for management to determine leading or lagging indicators of the project
• Weekly status calls to coordinate with project managers and other team members to document, forecast, and track projects
• Communicate with internal staff and customers via email, fax, phone, video, etc.
• Time management; prioritizing work, and document tasks
• Critical thinking

 

Qualifications Required

• Minimum 2+years’ experience of administration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• General office administration experience
• Proficient with MS Office Suite; 2-year minimum experience with Word & Excel
• Exposure to construction industry preferred
• Great math aptitude
• Detailed team player

 

Compensation based on experience.
