Job Description

As an Office Assistant, you will be the first point of contact in a polished, modern office setting for a well-established real estate development company. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a professional environment, excels at organization, and enjoys providing exceptional support. You will greet and assist guests, answer and direct phone calls, manage scanning and filing, and support a variety of daily office needs to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate team members
  • Perform light administrative tasks including scanning, filing, and organizing documents
  • Support day-to-day office needs with accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front office, or administrative support role
  • Professional and polished communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth
