Avance Cabinetry delivers quality materials and pristine finishes for cabinetry that is functional & purposeful utilizing an advanced manufacturing process for efficiency and traditional woodworking methods for stability and craftsmanship.

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant with a proven background in office or administrative work to handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and perform a wide range of clerical and administrative tasks that support both production and business operations.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Professionally greet and welcome visitors in an office environment, ensuring a courteous and efficient experience.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly using a multi-line phone system.
  • Maintain a tidy, organized reception and office area.
  • Provide accurate information to visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel or departments.
  • Receive, log, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist customers with item pick-ups and coordinate with the warehouse as needed.
  • Contact customers regarding past-due pick-ups and freight issues.
  • Organize and coordinate office events and functions.
  • Order, receive, and maintain office supplies, first aid supplies, and other materials required for daily business operations.
  • Schedule outside vendor services as needed.
  • Print and scan documents such as packing slips, invoices, purchase orders, and labels.
  • Facilitate dock searches with warehouse staff and maintain related records.
  • Process and distribute production-related reports.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain office records.
  • Provide administrative support to team members, including scheduling, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Perform other office and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Previous office or administrative experience required (manufacturing or related business office environment preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office equipment/systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced office setting.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.
  • Comfortable reviewing and analyzing routine business documents using a computer and other office tools.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Punctuality, reliability, and a professional demeanor are required.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday

7:30am - 4:00pm
