Job Summary

CommunityCare Mount Pleasant, in Scranton, PA, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team.

Job Duties

CommunityCare Mount Pleasant an FQHC lookalike model and affiliated with Geisinger qualifies for the * NHSC Loan Repayment Program (National Health Service Corps) loan-repayment/nhsc-loan-repayment-program up to $75,000 for a two-year initial term.

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant must be experienced and able to treat patients of all ages.

 

Advanced Practitioners receive the following benefits:

• $10,000 Recruitment Forgivable Loan - a two-year work commitment

• Comprehensive medical/retirement benefits starting the first day of employment

• Paid malpractice insurance

• Relocation assistance for qualified candidates

• CME funds ($3,000/year) and paid 10 CME days/year

Education

Bachelor's Degree-Physician Assistant (Required), Master's Degree-Physician Assistant (Preferred)

Certified Physician Assistant - National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA); Basic Life Support Certification - Default Issuing Body
