Job Description:
· Complete medical necessity and level of care reviews for requested services using clinical judgment and refer to Medical Directors for review depending on case findings
· Collaborate with various staff within provider networks and discharge planning team electronically, telephonically, or onsite to coordinate member care
Qualifications:
· 4+ years experience with in Home Health/managed care/hospital setting as an RN is Mandatory (Case Manager Expereince Mandatory)
· Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
· Active RN license in the state of Texas is Mandatory
· Bilingual Preferred

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $40.00/hr.
