They will be working with cross-functional teams and external development teams to: Develop and execute an ERP strategy Maintain the NetSuite application and other third-party business applications Manage NetSuite updates Troubleshoot system errors Create business and technical documentation Customize NetSuite Resolve user issues Define processes Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings Design, test, and deploy new modules, functionalities, and system updates The NetSuite administrator should have a combination of technical and soft skills, including: Problem-solving skills, Analytical thinking, Written and verbal communication skills, Leadership skills, and Support and user training.
