Requirements: 🎓
✅ NO DEGREE REQUIRED - We're hiring for PERSONALITY, DRIVE, and GO-GETTER MENTALITY
✅ GENUINE PASSION for motorsports - you live and breathe racing!
✅ Knowledge of motorsports: Know the difference between IndyCar, NASCAR, Formula 1, and other racing series
✅ LOCAL to Indianapolis, Indiana area STRONGLY PREFERRED
✅ Sales experience or demonstrated ability to connect with people and close deals
✅ Enthusiastic, energetic personality that can inspire and excite prospective students
✅ Self-motivated with strong drive to succeed and exceed targets
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to build relationships and connect with motorsports enthusiasts
✅ Understanding of technical education or vocational training is a plus
✅ Familiarity with Indianapolis motorsports scene and culture
✅ Willingness to attend racing events, car shows, and promotional activities
✅ Goal-oriented mindset with hunger to achieve and exceed sales targets
