Job Description
We're not your average 30-year-old multibillion dollar mortgage banking company...we're looking for local professional loan officers only for the Austin, DFW, Houston and San Antonio markets -- must live locally in Texas to one of these market with current loan production of at least $400K per month.
We're a solid company with a good brand name licensed in 48 states and are debt free, have all major loan programs, really strong market pricing, and 100% Employee Stock Ownership plan company (ESOP) with annual payouts for profit sharing of 10% payouts on average. All mortgage sales professionals share in the ESOP plan. We also have our own in-house construction loans and DSCR programs too.
Compensation:
Average loan payouts are 90-130 bps depending on loan program and brokered loans are approximately 60 bps or better for the first loan---no ramping up for commissions, we pay well from the start. We offer full benefits, salary, and annual profit sharing from the beginning.

Outside sales Loan Officers need to be able to self-generate loans from the start from realtors, CPA's financial planners, etc....
We are not training industry outsiders at this time. No processing or admin jobs available.
Technical Requirements:
Proven outside sales Loan officer --you know how to drive business with through your current client base. We have positions for seasoned outside mortgage loan officers (please --no admins, processors or closers, etc...)
Strong understanding of the loan life cycle and how to close your loans with a top-notch processing team behind you
Strong outside sales background with a creative sales approach to industry professionals that can help you generate loans quickly. This division is an experienced outside sales position that self generates their own loans from realtors, CPA's, etc.. . and is not accepting first time, entry level, or inexperienced retail loan officers. We are OKAY with newer loan officers that have learned how to produce and can drive new business.
Communication skills and courtesy when working with your processors, UW, and closing teams required --they will do all the legwork, and you can do what you do best --sell and close loans.
Work with our Marketing Support Teams for your existing clients and building a strong foundation for new opportunities as well.
Encompass LOS experience required. Extensive training available for newer, mid-level, and advanced users.
Strong industry loan product knowledge needed to be successful.
Solid understanding of pricing and technology usage--able to learn quickly.
