Key Responsibilities:
Assist members via phone, email, and in person with product information and technical support
Perform routine financial transactions: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cash advances, loan payments, and check cashing
Maintain and balance cash drawer accurately daily
Open, close, and maintain accounts, update member information, and process card requests
Promote and educate members on new products, features, and cross-selling opportunities
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including fraud prevention and risk management
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to accounts and financial services
Build strong member relationships through excellent service and communication
Qualifications:
18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with financial software
Excellent math skills: ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
Comfortable with using calculators and handling cash accurately
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technology and systems
Prior customer service, sales, or cash handling experience preferred but not required
Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform routine tasks in an office environment
