Job Description
A leader in regional, specialty medical device sales to the hospital market is seeking a Field Sales Representative for a sales territory in NY Metro Area. Major focus areas are Interventional Labs, Critical Care, Operating Room, and NICU among others. offer the ideal mix of market-leading devices and new product introductions. Our sales representatives create new relationships and develop an in-depth knowledge of clinical practices throughout the hospital/acute care arena.
We are looking for an energetic, motivated professional with a strong work ethic and the integrity to build long-term business relationships. Self-management skills and organization are key traits for success in our market.
Qualifications
The candidate should have a minimum of 1-2 years B2B sales experience with a strong technical aptitude and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Ideally, candidate will have a proven track record of successful B2B sales. Hospital sales experience preferred and clinical experience without a sales background will be considered. The ability to aggressively and consistently solicit appointments and close business within the geography is critical to success.
Candidates should possess a four-year college degree and candidates with clinical experience are highly encouraged to apply. Candidates must live in the territory – preferably in the NY/NJ Metro area. We offer 401K and health benefits and pay all business expenses.
