Job description:
The Electric Motor thermal engineer is responsible for the E-Motors' Thermal Design, Manufacturing, and Assembly for automotive electrification applications. This role includes the development of the thermal design and specification of different E-Motors for all types of Electrified Propulsions (LV/HV for MHEVs, PHEVs, and BEVs).

Key responsibilities:
Lead system responsibilities at any point from the initial concept phase through end of life. Provide strong support of feasibility studies, initial packaging, thermal and cooling system design, cost and weight analysis, supplier management, validation, launch, program maintenance, crafting, value optimization, and quality improvement initiatives. Coordinate technical issue resolution pertaining to engineering and quality at all stages of the program and across all functional areas!

Required Skills:
Advanced degree in engineering from an ABET accredited University!
