A ONE INSTITUTE - a fast-growing test-prep and enrichment academy in Ridgefield Park, NJ - seeks two exceptional instructors to join our elite faculty. The positions can be performed remotely from any location. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Work Location 65 Challenger Rd, Suite 201, Ridgefield Park, NJ 07660.
• Work Schedule:
  • Summer (June - August): Tue-Fri 1:45 PM - 10:30 PM │ Sat 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM.
  • Academic Year: Tue-Fri 1:45 PM - 10:30 PM │ Sat 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM.
• Interview Final-round candidates deliver a 20-minute live teaching demo.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• At least one year of classroom or small-group teaching experience (test-prep preferred).
• Engaging, student-centered communication style.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States and reliable daily commute.
• Professionalism, punctuality, and collaborative spirit.

POSITION: MATH INSTRUCTOR (1)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Teach SAT®/ACT® Mathematics classes.
• Run AMC 10/12 preparation courses.
• Develop and revise instructional materials and workbooks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AMC 10/12 award history or proven coaching success with high-scoring students.
• Mastery of SAT Math, ACT Math, and contest-level problem-solving strategies.
• Comfort with digital whiteboard tools and video-based instruction.
