Project Design Group is searching for an experienced Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team by assisting with various tasks. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, creativity and the ability to work with team members.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the marketing department with administrative tasks
• Creating content
• Managing social media
• Assist in developing and updating content for websites, and email newsletter
• Create engaging visuals and graphics for marketing materials
• Monitor and engage with social media platforms
• Schedule and post content regularly
• Manage and update marketing databases
• Prepare presentations and reports

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members
• Prioritizing responsibilities and meeting deadlines
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Familiarity with social media and social networking
• Strong writing and editing abilities
